When is Next Room Launching?
Next Room will launch August 1st 2025 for our early access program, and will be made available to the public on September 1st, 2025.
Will There Be Any Cost Associated With Joining?
No! Our platform will be free for students and landlords, unless you upgrade to one of our premium features such as promoted listings.
Why Does Next Room Exist?
Next Room is addressing a major issue; housing accessibility. Our platform will bridge the student-landlord gap.
Is Next Room Associated With The University?
As a private company, Next Room is not owned, or directly associated (therefore influenced) by any universities. We strive to maintain and build a rapport with universities, but ultimately, we are separate.
How Is This Program (Platform) Being Funded?
The majority of our funding is coming from off-campus housing providers. We are also partially funded by our Director-CEO.
